AzRosPromInvest LLC is a full cycle enterprise — from bentonite clay extraction to shipment of finished products.

The production process consists of the following main stages:

• Selective extraction of bentonite clay;
• Activation of bentonite clay (if necessary);
• Drying, crushing, screening (for granules) and grinding (for powder);
• Packaging of finished products.

Prior to the start of mining operations, the company conducts in-house exploration of deposits with a detailed study of bentonite clay quality.

Production capacities ensure processing of 464 thousand tonnes of bentonite per year into the following types of products:

• Activated clay – 324 thousand tonnes per year;
• Bentonite clay powders – 60 thousand tonnes per year;
• Bentonite granules – 80 thousand tonnes per year.
