By joining this Agreement and leaving your data on the website azrpi.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website), the visitor of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the User), acting freely, of his own free will and in his own interests, expresses his consent to the owner of the Website – AzRosPromInvest LLC (TIN: 4200190751), located at the address: AZ3518, Azerbaijan Republic, Gazakh district, Dash Salakhly village, (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), for the processing of personal data:

namely, any actions (operations) or a set of actions (operations) performed by the Operator using information technology automation tools or without using such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction, transfer (distribution, provision, access) of the specified personal data to third parties, in compliance with measures ensuring the protection of personal data from unauthorized access, to the extent necessary to achieve the objectives of this Consent.

By continuing to use the Site, the User consents to AzRosPromInvest LLC processing their personal data:

• personal information that the User provides about themselves when placing orders or submitting a resume;
• as well as any information related to the User’s identity that the User wishes to leave on the Site;
• data that is automatically transferred to the Site’s services during their use using software installed on the User’s device, including the IP address, cookie data , information about the User’s browser (or other program used to access the services), information about the history of orders on the Site, technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, the date and time of access to services, addresses of requested pages, information about the User’s actions on the Site and other similar information.

The Operator does not verify the veracity of personal data provided by the User. The Operator receives personal data directly provided by the User.

1. The User hereby:
   1.1. Confirms that all data specified by him in the fields of the web form belongs to him personally.
   1.2. The User agrees that, for the purposes specified below, the Operator, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has the right to delegate certain actions with personal data to third parties, provided that they undertake to ensure the security of personal data during its processing and prevent the disclosure of personal data. Such third parties have the right to perform actions (operations) with the User’s personal data similar to those authorized by the Operator.
   1.3. Provides the Operator with consent to transfer their personal data to third parties for the purpose of providing and rendering services (fulfillment of agreements and contracts with the User).
2. Purposes of processing personal information of Users
   2.1. The Site collects and stores only the personal information necessary to provide services or fulfill agreements and contracts with the User, except in cases where legislation requires mandatory storage of personal information for a period specified by law.
   2.2. The purposes of collecting and processing personal data of Users are:
   • providing the User with effective customer and technical support in the event of problems related to the use of the Site;
   • promotion and quality control of services provided by the Operator, ease of use and development of new services;
   • ensuring communication with the subject of personal data, including establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, messages, requests and information regarding the use of the Site, processing requests and orders from the User;
   • use of ” cookie ” technology to create statistical reports, standard web server logs to count the number of visitors and evaluate the technical capabilities of the Site;
   • conducting statistical and other studies based on anonymized data, generating statistical reports.
3. The Operator undertakes to take all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
   The User’s personal information remains confidential, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about themselves for general access to an unlimited number of persons.
4. The User agrees that this Consent, as well as the personal data provided by him for the purposes of this consent, are processed using information technology automation tools, including in information and telecommunications networks.
5. This consent shall enter into force from the moment the User expresses consent to the processing of personal data by checking the box next to the text of the Consent to the processing of personal data in the graphical interface of the Service and is valid until the purposes of processing personal data are achieved or until it is revoked.
6. Consent may be revoked at any time by sending a written formal request to the Operator at the following address: AZ3518, Azerbaijan Republic, Gazakh District, Dash Salakhly Village, in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data.” In this case, the provision of Services to the User on the Website may be terminated.
   In case of sending an official request to the Operator, the following must be indicated in the text:

   • the number of the identity document of the personal data subject, information on the date of issue of the said document and the issuing authority;
   • information confirming the existence of a relationship between the personal data subject and the Operator (e-mail address, agreement or other document);
   • signature of the personal data subject.
   The request may also be sent to the Operator by e-mail to info@azrpi.com in the form of an electronic document and signed with an electronic signature in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
7. The User is notified that the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without his consent in cases stipulated by law of Republic of Azerbaijan.
8. The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at any time by publishing a new Agreement on its website. When amending the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new Agreement takes effect from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided in the new Agreement.
